Your SpeedMaster 365 kit includes the following components:

🔧 Installation Steps (10-Step Guide)
Step 1 – Remove Battery Cover
Unscrew the bolts and lift off the bottom battery cover.
Step 2 – Disconnect the Battery Cable
Always unplug the battery first to ensure safety.
Step 3 – Unplug Controller Cables
Carefully remove all connected wires from the existing controller.
Step 4 – Remove the Original Controller
Unscrew and remove the factory controller.
Step 5 – Mount the SpeedMaster 365 Controller
Install the new controller using the same screw holes and bolts as the original.
Step 6 – Remove the Dashboard
On the handlebar, unclip the dashboard cover, unscrew the board, and unplug the four connecting wires.
Step 7 – Replace the Communication Cable
Feed the new cable down through the scooter’s steering column to replace the original one.
Step 8 – Connect All Wires to the New Controller
Attach all relevant wires to the new controller. Connect the battery cable last.
Step 9 – Plug in the New Dashboard
Attach the new display by connecting it to the matching cable ports.
Step 10 – Finalize the Installation
Screw the dashboard back into place and clip on the cover. You’re done!
